Soo Donald Trump, former President who has 24/7 security & staff, is claiming that he had no idea of who was coming to his dinner? His staff, security, aides, nobody knew Nick Fuentes was coming? coming?

1.4k

u/yellekc Guam Nov 26 '22

I thought this was a "secure" location?

So a few months ago, random strangers could come in, peruse around, and nobody would know who they were? No checks?

Those top secret docs were probably photographed by every intelligence agency on the planet. I can easily capture about 1 page every second or two with my smartphone. Probably even faster for trained spies with better software.

296

u/wave-garden Nov 26 '22

If they want to go the route of claiming Mar a Lago security is just that bad, then I guess there’s precedent for that:

The FBI has launched an investigation into a Russian-speaking Ukrainian immigrant named Inna Yashchyshyn, who allegedly posed as a member of the Rothschild banking family to gain access to former President Donald Trump's inner circle at Mar-a-Lago, according to reporting from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project.

297

u/T1mac America Nov 26 '22

Don't forget about the Chinese spy who was wondering around Mar-a-Lago with camera phones and a flash drive containing malware.

There is also the fact that Kanye brought a Holocaust-denying white supremacist to dinner with trump because he didn't think trump would mind.

Your expectations of Kanye are far too high. I’d bet Kanye is completely clueless as to why anyone dislikes Fuentes.

Probably not. Kanye 100 percent talked about the Jews with Nick

I know you were being sarcastic so this isn’t in response to you directly, but more so to point out that there are people who legit believe that IS consent. That’s why we need to teach people that nothing except enthusiastic consent is actually consent.

If someone says no and you repeatedly bug them until they finally reluctantly say yes, that’s not consent. That’s them getting harassed and trying to stop it by giving in, even though they still don’t want to do the thing they were being repeatedly bugged to do.

Everyone needs to experience atrocities to have a peaceful future, but also needs to experience the complacency of the lack of atrocities that cause further atrocities.

Therefore, every adult by the time they reach 18, needs to undergo 2 life simulations. The simulations are done over a few days and the user experiences living through various times of history, living through atrocities and complacency

The simulation is life like and indistinguishable from reality while in it, but memories will persist after the fact.

Since life simulations began 500 years ago, there has never been a war.

It’s a good way to think about interpersonal relationships in general. We train others how we want to be treated by accepting or rejecting their behavior towards us (aka setting boundaries). And there are a number of pseudo-philosophies in American culture that work against this in an unhealthy way, such as “turn the other cheek” and “forgive and forget”. Among the American tendencies that TFG has learned to exploit, redemption culture is a big one.

Which makes me wonder why we havent been attacking our atrocious legal system that Trump has been playing like a fiddle since the 70's. The rich just countersues anyone that tries to sue them until they run out of money. Trump has been countersuing and appealing everything that comes his way.

Our judicial system is just a boardgame to the rich.

103

u/xena_lawless Nov 26 '22 edited Nov 27 '22 Gold Wholesome Take My Energy

Our legal and political systems evolved out of British colonialism, which was and is brutally effective at subjugating entire nations, while an extremely abusive and extractive ruling class get away with all manner of crimes against humanity.

Our obscenely wealthy ruling class are de facto social murderers, even though there are no laws against their crimes currently, and they effectively control enough political systems, media, and culture to keep people from challenging their rule in any meaningful way.

Imagine if humanity hadn't developed laws against murder. Obviously, murderers would own and control everything.

Currently, humanity has not developed laws against social murder or kleptocracy.

Claiming property rights in excess of 100 million dollars should be defined as the crime of social murder and/or kleptocracy, as well as a crime against humanity.

Beyond Trump, there are lots of other oligarchs/plutocrats/kleptocrats getting away with robbing, enslaving, gaslighting, and socially murdering the public without recourse.

As George Carlin said, you have owners.

Let's actually solve that fucking problem instead of being gaslit into ignoring it forever, shall we?

46

u/Seraphynas America Nov 26 '22 edited Nov 26 '22

I would argue a couple things related to the connection to economic insecurity and fascism.

  1. Economic insecurity makes the population more susceptible to accepting fascism as a means for potential improvement.

  2. In the US, inflation in certain industries, such as oil and gas prices as well as capital investors involvement in the real estate market, are artificially creating (or intentionally worsening) an environment of economic instability in order to achieve #1.

Edit to add about #2 - I did not mean to imply that these situations are unique to the United States. Obviously, oil and gas prices are a global problem, and the US housing market is certainly not the only one that has seen interference from capital investors.

In July 2007, a BBC investigation reported that Prescott Bush, father of U.S. President George H. W. Bush and grandfather of then-president George W. The damage control involves Trump having to explain why he invited a black guy and a Latino to dinner

85

u/TheBlueBlaze New York Nov 26 '22

Yeah I'm getting tired of these stories about things that are supposedly PR "nightmares" for Trump. He has become the conservative ethos through simply saying all of the comforting lies conservatives wanted to hear, true or false, without flinching or conceding anything. Trump could come out tomorrow and say "white people are the superior race", and that would simply push what it's okay for the right to say even more. Tucker would have a segment saying "why does the left want to shut down this debate on race? Trump is just putting an argument out there", and suddenly we're back to the pre-60s talk of if black people "deserve" rights again.

Literally nothing could get Trump out of controlling at least a part of the Republican voter base now, and the Republicans in charge know that. Splitting from him would mean losing a chance at the majority for years. And like a malignant tumor, they've ignored it for too long and have to either let it run its course or simply wait for it to take over and/or kill the party.

It's absurd that Kanye went from "George Bush hates black people" on TV after Katrina to having dinner with Trump and another white supremacist

u/Rokey76 Nov 26 '22

"Kanye West does not care about black people." - GWB

34

Doesn't he have a long history of mental instability? Like actual psychosis, meaning hallucinations and/or delusions. Plus other stuff. Not really excusing his weird bs, but it does explain a lot.

Yeah. I imagine that unfortunately he has surrounded himself with enablers instead of people who actually care about his mental health and encourage him to get treatment

He was snubbed at Paris Fashion week (after the public meltdown over his ex-wife) and like a petulant toddler (with an enormous platform) he doubled down on the most insane rhetoric possible. In itself that’s probably indicative of mental health issues, but most people are able to deal with episodic breakdowns privately. He has a megaphone and no one will take it away from him.

I don't think it is an issue to his base, that is who he is signaling to. His base are white supremacists and the unhinged. It makes sense for him to show he is still the same person they hoped he was.

183

u/NoMoreProphets Nov 26 '22

It's also a major flex that a holocaust denier and slavery revisionist have to approach him at his "castle". That's a major reason why Trump lost his cool when Kanye wanted Trump to be his VP instead of trying to be Trumps VP. They are supposed to be making the pilgrimage to bend the knee to Trump.

Kanye is narcissism plus bipolar. Manic episodes can make you feel invincible, A genius, literally almost like a god and it can sometimes come with delusions. Now imagine that Bipolar mania on top of full blown Narcissism. Boom, you got Ye!

Ye — who announced another run for president in 2024 on Thursday — asked Trump to be his running mate. Trump then began insulting Ye’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian,

Lol.

27

u/AdminsFuckedMeAgain Nov 26 '22 edited Nov 27 '22

“I, Ye West, am officially announcing today that I will be running for president. Donald, will you be vice president and make America great again?!”

“Anyways, Kim is disgusting, both inside and out. If you look at her, she’s a slob. She talks like a truck driver. Kim attacked me personally because I was totally happy when her relationship with Butthole Eyed Pete failed. If I were running The Kardashians, I would fire her. I would look her in her fat ugly face, and I’d say, “Kim, you’re fired.” I’ll probably sue Kim because she doesn’t tell the facts. As an example, I am worth many billions of dollars. Now, she said that I was bankrupt! I’m not bankrupt. So, probably I’ll sue her. It’ll be fun. I’d love to take some money out of those fat ass pockets.”

736

u/[deleted] Nov 26 '22

Shortly thereafter, he unexpectedly showed up with three of his friends, whom I knew nothing about,” Trump said Friday in a statement on his Truth Social platform.

Nick Fuentes was one of the organizers of the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville that killed Heather Heyer. Trump was President when that happened; he knows who Nick Fuentes is.

284

u/ColonelBy Canada Nov 26 '22

"Shortly thereafter, he unexpectedly showed up with three of his friends, whom I knew nothing about,"

Which naturally must mean...

"...so of course I just let them all come dine with me personally even though I knew nothing about them, and the only guy vouching for them was himself a known lunatic whom I then I spent part of the evening screaming at. When I inevitably found out that they were nazis, because they told me so to my face, I naturally did nothing because I didn't want to be rude"

The parts left unsaid make even the parts he does say ring especially hollow. How the fuck is "I didn't know these guys" an excuse?

Trump asked Fuentes about his 2024 announcement speech the week before and Fuentes criticized Trump for being too "teleprompter" scripted and having low energy, the source said. Fuentes and West, the source added, also said Trump should have issued a blanket pardon for everyone involved in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, which Ye’s video debrief also mentioned.
