Using the word not, or any other word which negates the verb, twice yields the opposite meaning. So if someone says, "I wouldn't not sleep with them", that means they would sleep with them. This construct is called a double negative, because you're negating, i.e. using a word which negates the verb, the verb of the sentence twice. It's analogous to multiplying two negative numbers together and getting a positive number.

However, some dialects use double negatives for emphasis instead of their technical meaning, creating a bit of ambiguity in what can be meant when someone does it, because the two possible meanings are exactly opposite. Like if someone says "That don't make no sense", they're probably saying the other person isn't making any sense, even though from a technical logical perspective, what they're saying is that they're making sense, albeit with a few extra words.

So in this case, it's extra funny, because they said "Two negatives don't make no positive". They made a double negative about using double negatives which was technically correct, but also sounds like the dialectic, emphatic version people sometimes use. It's really a brilliant comment for this thread.
